Subscriptions are dispatched on the first or second working day of the month. If you ordered after the 23rd you'll have to wait for the next month, sorry! Non-subscription orders are dispatched within one working day.

Standard shipping (targeted overnight delivery) is included in subscription and $35 gift pack prices; other items incur a $3.50 shipping fee. There is an additional Rural Delivery fee of $5 per delivery across all products, and delivery to rural addresses can take an additional 2-3 working days.

Delivery is by overnight courier to non-rural addresses; it may take 2-3 days longer for delivery to rural locations. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to PO boxes. We can do international delivery on a case-by-case basis - email rosa@thechocolatetour.co.nz if you would like a quote for this. International shipping starts at $20.
