Hogarth Chocolate is a Nelson-based craft chocolate company who make beautiful chocolate. This 70g bar is made from Criollo cacao from the Norandino Cooperative in Peru, and the creamy finish is a product of both the long conching process and the addition of a little extra cocoa butter. This a fruity and sweet dark chocolate bar.
